Survey says...

It's that time again. I am doing a survey of the faculty and students to see how the library is doing. I think it is important to comtinuously try to improve, and one of the best ways for me to do that is to know how people are feeling. Having said that, it always makes me a little nervous. This year, for the first time, I am trying a student online survey. I used a faculty online survey last year, and had light results, but probably no lighter than I would have had using a paper. At least all they had to do was click on the link and answer a few questions. If you want to see what questions I am using, the student one is linked to a red banner on the WHS website, and the faculty survey is located here. I usually enjoy reading the comments, and I almost always get at least one way to improve the library services. So...when the surveys close, I will let you in on the results.

If you are able, join me tomorrow morning for a fun day at the University of North Texas. They are hosting a panel on college readiness, and how libraries can help. I will be on the panel, and I will be looking forward to hearing what the other members have to say. Updates on Monday!
